This blog is about changing my diet of food to a more clean, high-nutritional one. It's not because I am on a weight loss program but for health reasons instead, as I get very sick in the mornings after I eat breakfast which includes; 2 pieces of multi-grain toast and a cup of tea. Sometimes even during the day. My diet is not terrible and I exercise regularly as I play lots of sport, but I am wondering whether switching to a healthier diet will make a difference. The goal of this blog is to keep track of how my trial is going and to help others who want to change their diet but don't know how. Here I will be starting right from the beginning; Researching, Planning, and putting it into action.
ABOUT THE PERSON BEHIND THE SCREEN
I'm a seventeen year old girl in her last year of high school. No I don't have a degree or PhD in nutrition or even have a clue about this stuff, but then most of the people who want to change don't know either. I live with three other people so it's going to be hard to somehow change my diet and not effect theirs. (Unless of course they want to try it too which would make life so much easier.) I am in high-school so I know about busy schedules and having to plan packed lunches instead of buying food from the shop. What else is there to know?
