This week has showed me that changing the way you live is not easy. This week was not a good week with my eating because I had to pull two all-nighters to finish an assessment. So I had not healthy foods so I could stay awake.
The lesson from this? Try not to leave your assignments to the last minute.
But in exercise wise it was great.
I hadn't been doing exercise when netball finished which was in the first week of September, which made my measurements increase.
But this week my summer sports started up; summer netball, touch and I began to run again.
I can already see that getting back into my sports has made a difference on my measurements even if my eating wasn't that great. It's showed me what I need to work on and what I need to avoid.
WAIST: 32.7in
HIPS: 34.7in
THIGHS: 24in
ARMS: 11.5in
WEIGHT: 67kg
You're probably thinking "how can you change in just one week?". Well mainly because these measurements were what they were when I did do sports. So it's like I was just getting back to my usual self and that sudden burst of exercise made me burn more because my body hasn't done it for over a month. I can even see it in my weekly picture how much getting back into it has changed from last weeks pic.
